Teas

Ringers' Teas are a regular feature at North Staffs Association ringing meetings and are usually in the form of a finger buffet provided by the local ringers and/or some nearby helpers. Teas should be pre-booked at least three days before a particular meeting. For full details of how and when to book a tea please check the latest edition of the Association Newsletter. In most cases teas can be booked simply by e-mailing .

Ringing Themes

The named theme forms a focus for the ringing at the meeting, with the idea being to encourage those of sufficient ability to learn something new or to try something slightly more unusual. Often the chosen theme follows on from a recent training meeting or is chosen for some other significance. At every meeting there is, of course, a general mix of ringing suitable for all abilities from Rounds upwards, and all members are encouraged to attend regardless of their method ringing ability.

To obtain the blue line for an unusual method please use the Visual Method Archive accessible from the links page. Please send any queries or suggestions for future themes to the Ringing Master (e-mail ).
