Training sessions are arranged by the Education Officer at regular points in the annual calendar. They are open to all Association members and provide an ideal opportunity to practise a specific aspect of ringing. An experienced and supportive band are usually on hand to ring with. Places must be pre-booked but spaces are plentiful and both pupils and helpers are always wanted. Most sessions coincide with a regular Saturday monthly meeting, and often participants enjoy a pub lunch or a ringers tea between the training session and the open ringing on the day. E-mail for further details or to book a place.
Ringers' Teas are a regular feature at North Staffs Association ringing meetings and are usually in the form of a finger buffet provided by the local ringers and/or some nearby helpers. Teas should be pre-booked at least three days before a particular meeting. For full details of how and when to book a tea please check the latest edition of the Association Newsletter. In most cases teas can be booked simply by e-mailing .
