The Association cannot exist without its members and
therefore, with the aim of increasing the membership to take the
Association forwards on a solid base in future years, we aim to
recruit and retain 125 new members. Some will be existing
Associate members upgrading to full membership through a program
of instruction, training and assessment, whilst others will be
new ringers taught the skills of bell ringing from scratch.
Recruitment must be spread over the entire association, with
every tower or active band encouraged to recruit and train one or
two new members locally. Support for this, and dedicated
recruitment and training sessions will be arranged throughout the
year by the committee.
